One of our service technicians can, in most cases, be dispatched to your home within 24 to 48 hours from the time you call and will work diligently to get you back on the move as quickly as possible. Of course, if you prefer you can also stop by our showroom and take advantage of our in-store repair service.

Sanitization
In this world of heightened concern with infection control, we work tirelessly to protect our customer’s emotional, physical, and mental health. That’s why in addition to repairs, we can sanitize and protect your equipment with an EPA approved and patented product called Perma Safe that disinfects and provides continuous antimicrobial protection for up to 90 days. Delivery & Setup
Whether or not you have purchased your equipment from us, we can help you in the delivery and setup of your mobility equipment. Our White Glove Equipment Delivery Service is simple:
- The manufacturer will ship your product directly to our local office. Our service department will inspect and confirm its content and condition.
- We’ll schedule a day for delivery to your home or facility.
- Upon arrival, we’ll perform a walk-through to assess the best place to set up your new equipment.
- We’ll work diligently to assemble your equipment and provide you with training from the manufacturer’s guidelines on how to operate the equipment so you can enjoy your new purchase right away!
- Before leaving we will ensure that we leave your home spotless after assembly.
